I have seen loads of 3-ingredient brownie recipes but none without eggs ever. Since I almost never bake with eggs and because doing the whole ‘3-ingredient’ thingy really interests me , I have been waiting to try this. Aah today’s one happy day.

These eggless brownies are made with just three basic ingredients. A yummy fudgy chocolaty treat that is super easy to bake.
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven at 180 degrees for 10 minutes.
  2. Whip the aquafaba until it turns white and foamy.
  3. Whisk in the condensed milk.
  4. Add sifted cocoa powder and mix until combined.
  5. Transfer into a well greased 6 inch baking dish.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven at 165 degrees for 20 minutes or until a skewer inserted comes out clean.
  7. Allow to cool for 10-15 minutes before slicing the brownies.

Aquafaba-

Aquafaba or chickpea brine works as a brilliant egg-white replacer. Next time you pressure cook chickpeas [kabuli channa] , save the 'water' used to cook the chickpeas in. You can even use the liquid in the canned chickpeas [provided it doesn't contain salt]. Aquafaba may be stored frozen for about a month. Isn't this such a brilliant ingredient?
