Instructions
  1. In a thick bottomed pan mix all the ingredients together.
  2. Keeping the flame on medium and stirring the mix continuously, bring the mixture to boil.
  3. Remove from heat and transfer the chutney to into a bowl.
  4. Cool and enjoy . Oh yes that's it !!

Notes-

Water helps to give the chutney the right consistency. Adjust the amount based on how thick you want the dip to be.

Kashmiri lal mirch gives a lovely colour to the dip.
