Frozen Strawberry Yogurt : 2-Ingredient Instant Frozen Dessert

Frozen Strawberry Yogurt : A quick no fuss cold treat

This frozen strawberry yogurt is one of the simplest and yummiest things I have made.  When I was prepping up for my first live demo on facebook, I wanted to make something that represents what my blog Morphy and Me is about.  This one is simplicity at its best.

This frozen strawberry yogurt needs just 2 ingredients and five minutes to whip up. With the summers coming, stock up your freezer for this quick treat.

Tasty food never really needs exquisite ingredients and tons of hard work. Add a lot of joy and love into the simple recipe and see how the result turns exotic.

So how did this quick treat happen? A pack of fresh gorgeous strawberries in the fridge plus a hot sunny day meant its time for me to whip some homemade ice-cream.  But who’s got the patience to wait for half a day? I threw the chopped berries and some yogurt into the freezer before I went for a walk. And then about an hour later, I simply churned the lot in my electric mixer, scooped it into a bowl and dived right in.

You must, you must try this. Everyone needs a ‘pick me up’ after a busy day and this is exactly that.

While here, do check some of these super easy ice cream recipes too. I would definitely recommend this three ingredient Mango Ice cream.

Recipe Notes

You may also use  fruits like frozen bananas, chikoos and other berries to make this dessert.

The fruits must be chopped and frozen well so that you get a 'snow cone' or 'gola' like texture in your final dessert.

Hoping to see you all try this soon.  Have fun!
