Fun With Fudge – Easy desserts made with fudges

Three Kinds Of Fudges and Three Whole New Desserts

When Anupama sent me a box of fudges from Fudge Galaxy along with a tiny challenge, it was hard to resist. Using those yummy squares in a new dish ? Sounds damn cool, I thought. The difficult thing was to stop myself from gobbling the lot as it is!

Strawberry, Blackcurrant-blueberry and Chocolate-peanut butter Fudges from Fudge galaxy

Don’t they look simply delicious? My personal favourite is the strawberry flavoured one. Yes I tend to get drawn towards anything ‘pink’. And guess what, this seems like the perfect post for ‘Women’s day’ too. Now that I know I have got you drooling, its time I showed you this-

3 fudge flavours = 3 yummy desserts

You can mix and match the flavour of fudges in any of the above recipes.

I used store bought vegetarian marshmallow for the pie. You can make your own too. Flours and frostings blog has a simple recipe for it.

Fudges don’t melt easily and tend to seize. That’s why I used them as it is.

This is a fun way to use any left over fudge and now you know what to do with them. Hope you enjoyed this post as much as I did.

My blog has few home made fudge recipes too. Here’s the  link for my currant favourite coffee brownie bites.
