Mint And Coriander Chutney
This yummy chutney can be used as a base in sandwiches, as an accompaniment with tikki /samosa and also to prepare chaat's.
Mix all the ingredients together and grind into a fine paste. [you may adjust the consistency using curd]
Serve this as a dip for samosas or tikki. Or use it to make some yummy lip smacking chaat's.
You can refrigerate this chutney for upto 2 to 3 days. But i prefer to make it fresh every time. Simple isn't it?
You may skip the onions in the above recipe.
You can substitute the tamarind paste with a piece of tamarind too. Just remove the seed and fibres if any.
I have posted a Aalu tikki and Tomato slice chaat recipe. Go ahead and enjoy some home made street food for a change.
