Nutella Brownies| Eggless Wholewheat Nutella Brownies Recipe
Nutella brownies- eggless and wholewheat . These yummy gooey chocolaty squares are every bit as delicious as they look.

  1. Pre heat the oven at 180 degrees C for 10 minutes.
  2. Line a brownie tray/square baking tin with parchment paper and set aside.
  3. Sift the flour, cocoa powder, baking powder and sugar together.
  4. Beat the milk, oil , vanilla essence and 1 tbsp of nutella together. [I use an electric mixer and give a couple of whips to do this]
  5. Pour the wet ingredients into the sifted flour and mix until no lumps remain.
  6. Transfer into the prepared baking tin.
  7. Drizzle the remaining Nutella over the brownie batter and use a fork/ skewer to make swirls.
  8. Bake in a pre heated oven at 170 degrees for 20-25 minutes or until a skewer inserted comes out clean.
  9. Allow to cool completely before slicing into neat squares . [Ok that’s the rule to do it right, but go ahead and have a spoonful of warm brownie if you feel like it]
Recipe Notes

These brownies may be made with all purpose flour too. But incase you have always wanted to try an alternate flour like whole wheat, this is the recipe to choose.

I personally do not like using Nutella on a regular basis. An alternative to this would be preparing it at home or mixing melted dark chocolate with some yummy homemade nut butter.

This recipe can be easily doubled to make a bigger batch of brownies. [ Increase the baking powder to 1 tsp in this case]
