Inspiration has many names, mine is called Simran Oberoi Multani. Discovering the baker in me has been one of the best experiences of my life. Simran’s facebook group – Ovenderful Mom Bakers Community, is where I began my baking journey. It is wonderful to see how her constant encouragement has turned many into talented bakers. I recently bought a large pack of cane sugar and have been using it in a lot of my baking. Cane sugar adds a beautiful flavour of its own. I wanted this cookie to be just about that.
