After the success of my Mascarpone Ice cream, I was quite confident about this one. This ice cream has a nice rich texture and is not too sweet. And no not ‘cheesy’ either.
I honestly made this to finish up the last bit of the cream cheese and mascarpone cheese lying in my fridge. Plus I din’t really feel like putting too much effort. So all I did was blend all the ingredients together and freeze , yay you got some yummy cold dessert.
